Ray moved to Franklin in 1971
along with his wife Sandy and children Laurie, Michael andJason.
They have 3 grandchildren Joe and Patrick of Baxter Springs and Rylee
and Kross of Franklin.
Between his family, dogs, working on his home and the Franklin Community Council Ray stays busy since he retired after 32 years with the teamsters.
Ray is happy to join with others in the rebuilding of Franklin. He is on the Advisory Committee, Park Committee and on the Board of Directors of the Council. Ray is also a member of Rural Water District #7.
He would like to encourage others to get involved in helping. There are many things a person can do.
